Order Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your order 48-hour prior the scheduled delivery, and we will try our best to process your request and send you a cancel confirmation by email or call.  If you have paid by credit card, it may take 14 days or wait for your next credit card billing date to process the refund.  Thank you for your understanding.

Non-returnable items
All seafood are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
